What is the maximum pressure allowed?
While the air bladder is tested at 125 psi, we do not recommend going over 110psi to preserve the life of the bladder.
Does increasing the air pressure increase the tonnage?
Yes, the Clicker 1500 has 15 tons of cutting power at 103psi. If you increase the air pressure to 110 psi, the Clicker 1500 has 15.8 tons of cutting pressure. Inversely, if you lower the air pressure to 40 psi, the press will have 5.8 tons of pressure.
What types of dies can I use with the Tippmann Clicker die cutting press?
The Tippmann clicker die cutting press will accept (3) types of dies. Steel rule cutting dies, forged cutting and clicker cutting dies
What types of material can I cut with the Tippmann Clicker cutting press
The Tippmann Clicker cutting press can cut a wide range of materials.
